About Me

I'm Zoe,

I'm Zoe Leitch. I help athletes, professionals, and creatives perform under pressure by changing what happens in the moments that matter - when the stakes are high, the mind gets loud, and you need to execute anyway.

I combine clinical hypnotherapy with evidence-informed psychology, and I'm currently completing my MSc in Psychology at the University of Liverpool.

My background spans corporate and analytical environments as well as endurance sport, which means I understand pressure from the inside.  Sessions are available online across the UK, with in-person appointments in the Scottish Borders.

I used Zoe’s services as I was entering into the final stages of training for a 200 mile race. With Zoe’s help I felt grounded and mentally prepared for the event. The mental aspect of training is often forgotten. Highly recommend Zoe’s services.

Do I have to be “into hypnotherapy” for this to work?

No. Hypnotherapy is not mind control — you remain aware and in control throughout. It’s used as a practical tool to support change, and only where it feels appropriate.

How many sessions do I need?

Many clients start with six sessions to build a solid foundation, then reassess based on their goals and progress.

Is this for athletes only?

No. I work with athletes, leaders, and creatives — anyone who performs under pressure and wants more consistent execution.

Do you work online?

Yes. Sessions are available online across the UK, with in-person appointments available in the Scottish Borders
